Terms and Conditions

Customers accept all terms and conditions prior to purchase from sat-sales.com. Please read all terms and conditions prior to ordering as we are not responsible for customer not reading the terms and condition before ordering.

Return or Exchange Policy  

We want you to be satisfied with your  purchase. If you're not, simply return the items you don't want in brand new condition within 10 days and we will refund your money or exchange the item subject to the return policies below.

If buyer needs to return an item, call for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and ship fully insured and freight charges prepaid. Returns without RMA number or sent freight collect will be rejected. Note: A copy of the invoice or receipt is required with returned item.  

• 20% restocking fee is applicable on all returns or exchanges to cover order processing, insurance and bank charges.

• Returns can be accepted only on brand new factory-packed merchandise. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted.

• No returns are accepted without any RMA issued from our customer service department.  If you return a product without an RMA number , the package will be refused. All packages must returned with tractable method.

• No returns after 10 days from order date

• All satellite dishes purchased through sat-sales.com are non-refundable ( no return or exchange). We only replace defective parts. If the dish is sent back back to our warehouse, it will be considered as abandoned property. We don't accept the items back and will not pay for returning on them being shipped back.

• All of our FTA receivers are covered with a manufacturer`s warranty. We do not accept defective units back to our location you must contact manufacturer to get RMA number warranty will be honored by manufacturer ONLY.

• In the event that you download any software to your satellite receiver, the warranty is void. please note that sat-sales.com is not responsible for the manufactory's warranty, this is a manufactory warranty provided by the MENUFACTORY.
